Description
Discover an amazing Breckenridge home. This home is perfect for all seasons of the year. The first floor has a large rock fireplace and dark leather couches to relax in after a fun day. The home has a formal dining area that seats eight. The kitchen has another dining table for four and a kitchen bar with seating for four, enough to accommodate 16 people.
Also on the main level is a sitting room with private doors to a deck and a queen sleeper sofa. This level also includes the main master suite which includes a king-size bed, rock fireplace, twin-size chaise lounge. The master bath has a two sinks and a Jacuzzi bath tub.
On the downstairs level, you will find many things to entertain and be entertained. In the game room you will find a wet bar, pool table, fireplace and a big screen television. Also on the lower level, you can find the large theater room with theater seating and lighting. There are three bedrooms downstairs. Two of the bedrooms have king beds. The third bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin on top, queen on bottom and another queen trundle. All of the bedrooms have their own full bathrooms.
You can find a great room for the kids on the upper level in a secret hideaway! The room includes two twin beds, TV and a gamecube. Here you can also find a variety of board games. Kids love this little play house.
On the deck you can find the hot tub, grill and great views of the Ten Mile Range and golf course. The house is located on the third hole of a Jack Nicklaus golf course.
